Shipping policy

 

We offer free shipping on most orders. We can ship to virtually any address within the lower 48 states. Note that there are restrictions on some products, we do not ship to international destinations, US Virgin Islands, or Alaska.

Hawaii and Puerto Rico:  We ship most of our products to Hawaii and Puerto Rico, the cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on customer product selection and destination. Due to the time frame of ocean-borne freight shipping, delivery of heat pumps to Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take up to two months from order to delivery.

WA, OR, CA, NM, and AZ States: Freight Surcharge of $400 is added at Checkout.  This is only for Heat Pump Freight Deliveries.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Many items are shipped same or next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our estimated shipping and transit time 1-7 Days . We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
